The Diaz Agency was founded by Chris Diaz, a licensed independent broker with Symmetry Financial Group.
Before entering the financial services industry, Chris spent years in retail — working long hours that left little room for family, flexibility, or growth. He wanted more than a job; he wanted ownership, freedom, and the ability to make a meaningful impact.
That search led him to the world of insurance — a space where he could help families protect their futures and build lasting relationships rooted in trust. What started as a career shift quickly became a calling.
